Includes: Comprehensive medical intake, in depth research, and dietary recommendations, any further testing that is required by your doctor or online labs, supplement recommendations and when I see certain conditions that can be remedied by certain supplements, I will inform you; this is why the intake form is very important.  From your complete intake form, I can determine what nutritional, vitamin deficiencies you may have, and correct this with specific vitamins, supplements and minerals, inflammatory markers, other related autoimmune conditions or possible new ones and how to test for them all and help in correcting them.

 

Basic Labs: Saliva Cortisol, Female Hormone Panel, Blood Test (thyroid), Lipid Panel and CBC) are part of the consult package charge.  If I ask you for blood work or saliva I read those when you get them back again at no charge as part of the consult.

 

 

•  Consultation includes 1 follow up session to clarify and answer any questions you have.

• If I request you to have any of the basic labs to be completed, I will include the analysis and recommendations in the cost of the consultation service.
